FINANCING ADDENDUM

RANKING ENGINES — FINANCING ADDENDUM

This addendum applies only when the Buyer elects to finance the purchase of a RankingEngines digital asset.

1. DOWN PAYMENT

Buyer pays 20% of purchase price at signing. Down payment is non-refundable, except in case of seller breach.

2. MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Remaining balance amortized over 12–24 months with fixed monthly payments.

Payments delivered via:

• ACH
  

• Wire
  

• Stripe (credit card fee applies)
  
  

3. COLLATERAL

Until paid in full, RankingEngines retains:

• Domain registrar control

• Website hosting control

• DNS control

• Buyer receives “operational access” but not full ownership until final payment.

4. STEP-IN RIGHTS

If Buyer defaults:

• Seller may temporarily assume full control of the asset
  

• Seller may pause monetization or access
  

• Seller may liquidate the asset
  

• Buyer forfeits payments to date
  
  

5. TRANSFER UPON COMPLETION

When payments are complete:

• Domain transferred to buyer

• All credentials handed over

• Buyer receives final Transfer Package
